Hello, and welcome! 

I am Grace V. Paul, a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Swallow Therapist. My foundational training includes a Bachelor’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (B.ASLP) from Father Muller College of Speech & Hearing, followed by a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Speech-Language Pathology from the prestigious NITTE Institute of Speech & Hearing. Throughout my clinical career, I have worked across a wide spectrum of healthcare environments—ranging from specialized pediatric and adult units at NIMHANS to leading rehabilitation institutes and hospitals like Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Hospital and NRR Hospital. I provide comprehensive assessment and evidence-based rehabilitation for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations across inpatient, outpatient, and home-care settings.

My Clinical Specialties

My core areas of clinical expertise span speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and feeding and swallowing disorders. I have a deep passion and specialized training in several critical areas of rehabilitation:

• Advanced Dysphagia & Airway Care: Comprehensive assessment and management of swallowing difficulties, utilizing instrumental evaluations including Videofluoroscopic Swallow Study (VFSS/MBSS) and Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES). I am also certified in neuromuscles electrical stimulation (NMES/VitalStim) therapy and experienced in specialized tracheostomy care.
• Neurorehabilitation: Partnering with individuals recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and neurodegenerative conditions to restore functional communication and cognitive-communication abilities. Oncology Support: Addressing complex communication and swallowing challenges associated with head, neck, and oncology-related treatments.
• Pediatric & Developmental Care: Supporting children and families navigating articulation issues, fluency disorders, language delays, and feeding/swallowing behaviors.

My Therapeutic Philosophy

I believe that true healing and progress extend far beyond the clinic room. My practice is rooted in holistic, patient-centered care. I work closely with multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams, physicians, and families to design tailored intervention plans. A core pillar of my approach is empowerment. Through dedicated caregiver counselling, parent training programs, and customized home-based therapy routines, I ensure that families are active partners in the recovery journey. Whether we are meeting online for virtual therapy sessions or conducting local assessments, my ultimate goal is to maximize functional recovery, ensure swallowing safety, build communication confidence, and significantly improve your overall quality of life.
